Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to PIC/S&OP and build the production/repair plan (PDP/PDR) for the assigned domain.
  • •Develop the strategic supply chain capabilities (people, means, investments) across logistics, procurement, and planning.
  • •Ensure performance of physical and information flows (external/internal input-output) in compliance with PIC.
  • •Support end-to-end Lean deployment.
  • •Plan all requirements including spares and repairs using the entity’s ERP, and align stock levels with APRU needs to improve continuously.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s level education (Bac+5) in supply chain (Engineer/Master or equivalent).
  • •At least 8 years’ experience in a management role overseeing end-to-end flow planning and execution.
  • •Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and stock/flow management methodologies.
  • •Experience implementing continuous improvement and performance/piloting tools, with Lean methods required.
  • •Comfort with industrial IT systems and ideally hands-on experience with SAP; good English level (especially spoken).
