Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee procurement spend for direct materials at the Nansha Ronacrete factory and the Hong Kong entity.
  • •Manage key indirect expenditures (OPEX/CAPEX) per procurement manager guidance.
  • •Initiate and drive cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement projects in direct-material categories for the factory and HK operations.
  • •Represent the local procurement team in supplier audits and TFS reviews.
  • •Ensure procurement policies and processes comply with Sika internal guidelines; participate in specific projects as assigned.
  • •Prepare reports and analyses as required by the procurement function.
  • •Actively participate in system and process improvements within procurement workflows.

  • •Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or related field
