Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, approve, and release vendor invoices and internal payments (including IC, tax, and treasury) in line with agreed standards, processes, and SOX requirements.
  • •Investigate and resolve payment processing issues, contributing to bank reconciliation and month-end closing tasks.
  • •Manage payment-related queries via email, Slack, and Jira.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvements in payment processes.
  • •Assist with risks and SOX controls performance related to payments, and support team leadership with key projects.
