Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker (Bilingual Spanish Preferred) - Hickory Main

Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and by phone while building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Use consultative conversations to identify needs, recommend financial solutions, support cross-selling of deposit, credit, convenience, and retirement products, and refer more complex needs to internal specialists. Cross-train for teller duties as needed, meet client service and sales targets, and maintain compliance with internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
