Key Responsibilities

•Develop maintenance plans and work packets with detailed material/parts listings, procedures, drawings, and equipment clearance requests.
•Coordinate maintenance work schedules with operating and maintenance groups to support reliable, efficient unit operations.
•Prioritize environmental equipment and systems maintenance to comply with environmental permits and procedures.
•Issue accurate equipment clearance requests by understanding safety aspects and communicating them through the ECR process.
•Develop work scopes and bid specifications for contracted resources, manage contractor projects, and perform real-time cost tracking to keep projects within budget.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,600 - 144,900 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a power plant, utility, construction, industrial, manufacturing, electrical, maintenance, operations, or related technical environment (or equivalent education/experience).
•Proven technical competence and understanding of maintenance/operations/construction/industrial processes.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and projects.
•Willingness and ability to spend significant time in the field performing job walk-downs and coordinating work activities.
•Knowledge of computer software packages such as maintenance management systems, project management software, spreadsheets, and word processing applications.
