•Lead, motivate and develop a frontline team, supporting colleagues across the full employee lifecycle.
•Maintain strong health and safety standards across people, vehicles, operations and the environment.
•Monitor performance, productivity and quality, using management information to drive continuous improvement.
•Manage absence, performance and employee relations matters in line with policies and procedures.

Salary: GBP 44,000 - 47,000 annually
