Job Summary

Enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal in an Agile Scrum environment. Implement user stories in collaboration with functional and testing teams, provide feedback on acceptance criteria and testing quality, and mentor other developers. Use Dynamics AI features for call center and customer service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence, while supporting SDLC documentation, deployments, and production troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories and provide feedback on acceptance criteria and testing quality.
•Mentor other developers and collaborate with other senior team members.
•Utilize Dynamics AI features for call center and customer service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence.
•Support SDLC documentation such as design documents and implementation plans, and support deployments.
•Provide support to the support team for operations/production troubleshooting and problem solving.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
•5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
•Experience leading implementations of Dynamics Call Center, IVR, and modern functionality modules, including Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.
•Proficiency with C#, .Net, JavaScript, and FetchXML, and ability to support SDLC documentation and deployments.
•Attention to detail, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals, and ability to support operations/production troubleshooting.
