Job Summary

Manage and support Raytheon UK global trade compliance, including dissemination of export/import policies, export classification, and implementation of Agreement Export/Import Compliance Plans (AEICPs). Lead preparation of export/import licensing and documentation, review complex agreements and related activities, and deliver mandatory export control training. Perform audits and investigations, track corrective actions, generate compliance metrics, and advise business leadership on UK Export/Import regulations and US ITAR/EAR requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Global Trade activity across business areas by briefing and disseminating export control policies and procedures.
•Manage creation, maintenance, and authorisation of Agreement Export/Import Compliance Plans (AEICPs) for business areas.
•Prepare export/import licensing and documentation (including technology transfer requests and F680/F1686) to ensure compliant, timely deliveries.
•Manage and review complex agreements (MLAs, TAAs, CAs), including sub-licensee and NDA reviews and authorisation of related DN/TCN activities.
•Undertake internal audits and investigations, track corrective actions, generate compliance metrics, and provide expert guidance to teams and leadership.

Key Requirements

•Extensive knowledge of UK Export Licensing Regulations and US ITAR/EAR regulations, including shipping procedures.
•Knowledge of corporate compliance investigations, EXIM licensing, customs and border enforcement, and global trade operations.
•Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices for EXIM processes.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple complex tasks, and lead intermediate projects and investigations in a team environment.
•Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and proficiency with EXIM and Global Trade tools and programmes.
