Key Responsibilities

•Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations for each client.
•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
•Support sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Assist with inventory, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.6 - 19.3 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Work well as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge; physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
