Job Summary

Contribute to Finance & Controlling process compliance by assessing and monitoring local F&C, delivery, and project teams against a global lead-to-cash process standard. Build expertise in the global process and underlying systems, review individual projects for planning and planned-vs-actual alignment, and act as a sparring partner for local controllers and delivery managers while supporting cross-disciplinary global F&C initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess and continuously monitor local F&C, delivery, and project managers’ adherence to the global lead-to-cash process standard from setup through invoicing and closing
•Develop in-depth understanding of the global process standard and underlying systems to monitor adherence
•Conduct in-depth reviews of selected projects, including project planning and planned-vs-actual value matches
•Act as a sparring partner and point of contact for local project controllers, delivery managers, and project managers
•Contribute to cross-disciplinary projects for the global F&C function

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or related field
•At least 3 years of professional experience in commercial project controlling in an international environment, ideally in professional services
•Analytical, process-oriented working style with strong implementation skills and understanding of numbers
•Good communication and teamworking skills
•In-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite and, ideally, SAP ByD
