Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex engineering initiatives including design, construction, upgrades, performance testing, and root cause analysis.
  • •Serve as an SME for gas turbines, reciprocating engines, rotating equipment, and 5MW+ generator systems, including controls technology.
  • •Perform advanced technical analysis across multi-OEM equipment, including vibration, transient loading, protection systems, and equipment health.
  • •Drive reliability, performance optimization, and lifecycle improvements across power generation assets.
  • •Develop and maintain engineering standards, specifications, and best practices focused on safety, compliance, and consistency.

Key Requirements
