Job Summary

Serve as a technical consultant for ArcGIS, partnering with customers to design and implement geospatial solutions. Translate business goals into GIS workflows, guide architecture decisions, and demonstrate Esri capabilities to defense and intelligence clients, enabling location-driven insights and ROI. Collaborate with IT teams, travel to onsite customer sites, and relocate to St. Louis, MO if needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform
•Provide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customers regarding innovative solutions using Esri technology and content to help them make better decisions
•Identify the value of location within customer workflows and drive substantial return on their investment in Esri's enterprise platform and services
•Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions and work with customers to prepare implementation and migration strategies
•Present complex GIS technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in a diverse range of customer organizations

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities.
•Professional experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform (Desktop, Server, and Online)
•Proven experience leveraging Esri's software capabilities including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis and data science, 3D visualization and analytics, data management, and developer APIs
•Pro-actively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customers, specifically in the Intelligence domain
•Proven experience with GIS workflow automation patterns
•Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical peers, project managers, and/or customers
•US citizenship with Active or Current (within 2 years of active) Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
•Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field
