Job Summary

Lead and elevate Airwallex’s workplace experience across offices in the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on Singapore expansion, campus management, community events, vendor relations, and budget administration. You’ll partner with facilities, IT, and cross-functional teams to create welcoming, efficient spaces, drive social and wellbeing programs, and ensure scalable, cost-conscious office operations that reflect Airwallex’s growth and culture.

Job Function: Facilities, Workplace & Physical Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Workspace Management: Ensure Singapore facilities and offices are well-maintained, safe, clean, and welcoming by partnering with building management and in-house IT
•Project Management: Support office expansions and new space requirements, coordinating with building management and cross-functional teams to outfit new offices
•Community Engagement: Build and execute a calendar of social, wellbeing, educational, and CSR events, leading the Singapore social committee
•Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with cleaning staff, building management, neighboring tenants, and other vendors to ensure seamless operations
•Budget & Invoice Management: Manage office-related budgets for snacks, drinks, events, and space, and collaborate with Finance on invoice processing

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a people-focused role such as workplace experience, office management, facilities, or hospitality/events management.
•Strong vendor management skills with ability to manage deadlines and budgets for office supplies, events, and space expansion.
•Proven track record supporting workplace expansions and building management relationships; proactive problem-solver.
•Passionate about bringing people together and acting as a cultural touchpoint for the office or team.
•Naturally collaborative with ability to coordinate groups toward shared goals.
