Sanitation - Afternoons

Provide first-level supervision to ensure plant-wide sanitation is completed on time and meets USDA standards for production operations. Use independent judgment to direct and train team members, monitor sanitation processes, and drive process improvements. Enforce safety, quality, and food-safety requirements; perform safety audits and corrective actions; maintain sanitation records and reports; and support onboarding and performance appraisal activities.
