Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and execute scalable test automation strategies and frameworks for web, mobile, and API workloads.
•Lead development and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to shorten release cycles and improve quality.
•Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and foster best practices in automation and testing.
•Collaborate with product, development, QA, and operations teams to define test coverage and quality targets.
•Develop test plans and cases, maintain defect reporting/traceability, drive continuous improvement, and monitor/report quality metrics.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of hands-on QA/Automation experience for enterprise-grade solutions, including 5+ years leading QA automation efforts.
•Hands-on test automation across web, mobile, and API testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Postman, JMeter, and Citi Fast Framework (or equivalent).
•Design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks such as Page Object Model, Data-Driven, and Keyword-Driven approaches.
•Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
•Programming experience for automation using Java, Python, or C#, plus strong SQL/database validation and data integrity verification.
