Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage the team by hiring, training, retaining, counseling, and rotating workstations throughout shifts.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders, accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding and record keeping.
  • •Ensure all workstations on the line are staffed before production starts.
  • •Oversee processing operations; ensure machinery is performing and workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings, and provide ongoing quality education while solving problems with other supervisors.

Key Requirements
