Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and manage a team of Premier Bankers/Advisors.
  • •Serve in the absence of the Region Director and collaborate with the Region Director to ensure Region success, including leading targeted initiatives.
  • •Maintain a talent management strategy to source, develop, retain, and recruit Premier Bankers/Advisors and promote an inclusive, diverse culture.
  • •Coach Premier Bankers/Advisors on relationship building and advanced tasks related to banking, investments, insurance, financial planning, and trust and fiduciary services.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while delivering premier service levels and meeting production/growth expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking, or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • •Minimum of six years of experience working with mass affluent clients in banking, investments, financial planning, lending, or comparable experience.
  • •Strong working knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory and investment management/asset allocation concepts, plus retail credit and traditional retail bank products for mass affluent clients.
  • •Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed minimum performance standards for investments and insurance.
  • •Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), FINRA Series 7, Series 66, and/or Series 65/63, and Series 24 registrations and applicable Insurance licenses; also comply with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and NMLS requirements.
