Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver projects requiring coordination of resources from global teams.
  • •Work with stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Central Cost, Site Cost, and Program Management) to implement end-to-end AI-based solutions for cost opportunity identification and value capture.
  • •Quantify, track, and monitor the financial and operational impact of solutions to the business.
  • •Identify new use cases and best practices across strategic and operational procurement processes.
  • •Develop business cases, including impact validation approach, ROI, and prioritize/propose projects for implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in cost management, value engineering, or cost transformation initiatives within semiconductor operations.
  • •Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, systems, and operational excellence methodologies, preferably within Front-End fabrication environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • •Experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or data-driven technologies to improve business performance, efficiency, or decision quality.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
