Job Summary

Lead a team of cleanroom logistics operators within Manufacturing Services – Logistics Operations, ensuring on-time, quality service across the warehouse and cleanroom. You’ll manage people and daily execution, drive performance through SLA reporting, handle operational issues, and improve processes and tool management. Oversee quality and safety execution, identify bottlenecks, and support the introduction of new processes in a high-tech, 24/7 environment with a flexible 5-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coach a team of cleanroom logistics operators, ensuring sufficient resources, proficiency, engagement, and flexibility for executing plans.
•Manage day-to-day performance by observing execution, solving issues, and preventing recurrence.
•Define, align, measure, and report overall SLA/performance to internal customers and staff.
•Safeguard tool quality and completeness processes and ensure execution of safety policies and procedures.
•Plan priorities, identify operational bottlenecks, and initiate and/or participate in improvements and new-process introductions.

Key Requirements

•MBO+ / HBO level in a logistics discipline or industrial/business engineering.
•Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, ideally as a hierarchical leader (coordinator/functional leadership acceptable).
•Experience working in a dynamic environment with frequent changes.
•Knowledge and experience in warehousing and distribution processes (preferred).
•English communication and writing skills, with the ability to manage people and think end-to-end.
