Job Summary

Build measurement frameworks and analytics tools that power content media operations at scale. Partner with product managers, business teams, and Data Science/Engineering colleagues to design metrics, wrangle and analyze data, and develop dashboards and analyses for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strengthen data models by sourcing data from new systems, influence data-informed ways of working, and present insights that guide global media production strategy.

•Develop and execute measurement frameworks for Content & Business Product PMs and Content Operations teams to assess effectiveness and business impact.
•Drive end-to-end work from prototypes and scrappy tools to high-visibility dashboards and analyses for business and product leadership.
•Partner with stakeholders to introduce and influence data-informed ways of working and strengthen relationships across business, product, and data teams.
•Present analytical methodology and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
•Collaborate with Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers to source data from new systems and strengthen foundational data models for faster analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 330,000 - 566,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience with data wrangling, data analysis, metric visualization, and data storytelling for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Expertise in SQL and Python, plus dashboard/visualization design using tools such as Tableau, Plotly, and Streamlit.
•Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with strong business acumen, including comfort presenting to diverse partners.
•Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
•Experience designing observational causal inference studies and A/B tests is a plus.
