Job Summary

Lead account management for Markets & Securities Services’ Asset Owners & Managers client base, partnering with Client Service Managers and Client Executives to deliver a “Next Generation” service proposition. Drive client retention by creating client plans, proactively managing issues across products and jurisdictions, and capturing service improvement opportunities. Establish governance, coordinate operational checks, oversee MI reporting, support KYC renewal identification, and manage team performance.

•Drive client retention by working with product management, service delivery, and client management to ensure high client satisfaction and a reference-able client base.
•Create and maintain detailed client plans mapping organizational structure and key contacts for assigned clients.
•Proactively manage issues across products and jurisdictions by directing resources within each service component or jurisdiction.
•Capture, advocate, and drive service improvement opportunities, prioritising change management agendas across the business.
•Establish/adhere to governance frameworks and meeting schedules for strong senior client engagement and full compliance with internal controls.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in Securities Services with strong client management and business implementation/change and/or senior operational leadership experience.
•Client-facing strength with excellent communication and presentation skills, including leading and managing meetings.
•Proven ability to maintain and retain client relationships across securities services products and help execute departmental strategy.
•Understanding of core commercial and contractual drivers and business performance.
•Adaptable approach to changing industry, client, and internal stakeholder demands.
