Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee onboarding and qualification of suppliers and raw materials for the site based on dsm-firmenich and customer requirements.
  • •Support sites with quality and food safety troubleshooting and assess the effectiveness of improvement initiatives, adjusting as needed.
  • •Conduct thorough risk assessments of suppliers to identify quality issues and supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation strategies.
  • •Support site in RM performance issues and drive improvements.
  • •Ensure smooth documentation and knowledge transfer related to Pet Food supplier management for the region and align RM specifications with suppliers in LIMS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or another related field.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, Quality Assurance or a similar role in the food industry.
  • •Auditing experience. Knowledge of applicable feed/food Standards and regulations.
  • •Pet food quality experience desired.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
