Key Responsibilities

•Oversee onboarding and qualification of suppliers and raw materials for the site based on dsm-firmenich and customer requirements.
•Support sites with quality and food safety troubleshooting and assess the effectiveness of improvement initiatives, adjusting as needed.
•Conduct thorough risk assessments of suppliers to identify quality issues and supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation strategies.
•Support site in RM performance issues and drive improvements.
•Ensure smooth documentation and knowledge transfer related to Pet Food supplier management for the region and align RM specifications with suppliers in LIMS.

Salary: EUR 50,155 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or another related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, Quality Assurance or a similar role in the food industry.
•Auditing experience. Knowledge of applicable feed/food Standards and regulations.
•Pet food quality experience desired.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
