Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Own network performance – Design and optimize transportation operations across first-mile and middle-mile that balance cost, speed, and service-level targets.
•Influence cross-functional initiatives – Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Fulfillment Operations to deploy transportation technologies and inform roadmap decisions.
•Lead and scale network strategy – Identify capacity constraints, unlock efficiencies, and lead implementation of new lanes, consolidation strategies, or regional nodes.
•Drive continuous improvement – Use data to identify cost drivers, service bottlenecks, and opportunities for redesign; lead pilots and rollouts.
•Own carrier and mode strategy – Select and manage carrier partners, develop modal strategies (air, ground, LTL, FTL, parcel), and optimize load planning.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 170,000 - 250,000 annually
