•Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on the fleet.
•Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission problems.
•Repair aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions), perform regens, and change filters.
•Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records, optimize vehicle performance, and minimize downtime.
•Follow safety protocols and best practices to keep the fleet DOT compliant.

Key Requirements

•At least 6 months of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks and trailers or similar equipment.
•Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems.
•Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics.
•Obtain a minimum of two ASE certifications within the first 6 months of employment (T-series valued).
•Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to perform physical maintenance tasks.
