Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product craft, execute, and strategic thinking.
•Implement modern product operating model principles (product trios, data-informed decisions, rapid prototyping, de-risking assumptions) and drive Kaizen across the organization.
•Own the Advanced Ads product strategy and long-term vision, integrating its features (ad injection, targeting, and Google Ad Manager capabilities) into MonetizeMore.
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding.
•Drive end-to-end monetization strategy and roadmap prioritization based on ROI, focusing on customer lifetime value and monthly recurring revenue while ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Product Management experience
•3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs
•Ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem experience is a plus
•Deep practical experience with a modern, empowerment-based Product Operating Model
•Data-driven and courageous; owner mindset toward product impact
