Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the reconciliation review experience for Auto Bank Rec, driving time-to-value by shifting customers from manual checks to management-by-exception.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to expand the automation model so people step in only when judgment is genuinely needed.
  • •Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and dashboards to track model quality, review effort, and time-to-value as automation scales.
  • •Develop consensus-driven product requirements with design and engineering partners for expanding reconciliation into new AI-native surfaces.
  • •Ramp up on the current state of ABR and the reconciliation review experience to establish a prioritized near-term roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in B2B SaaS product management, defining complex features involving automation and AI/ML-powered workflows or high-trust review experiences.
  • •Ability to take a product area from early-stage ambiguity to a fully realized, evidence-based strategy.
  • •Comfort working with engineering and machine learning teams, guiding technical decisions and defining evaluations for model performance while balancing automation and trust trade-offs.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills using data, user logs, and direct feedback to drive decisions.
  • •Exceptional written and asynchronous communication skills to align stakeholders across distributed, cross-timezone teams.
