Job Summary

Associate Category Manager/Senior Specialist responsible for leading sourcing, negotiations, and project management for a portfolio of procurement opportunities in Corporate Services and Facilities. You will drive market intelligence, negotiation strategy, supplier risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver financial outcomes and scale global category strategies within a dynamic procurement organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage procurement activities including sourcing, commercial negotiations, and project management for a variety of projects to mitigate risks and achieve financial outcomes.
•Deliver a pipeline of multiple projects including renewals and consolidations of existing relationships, RFPs, and new supplier arrangements.
•Provide market intelligence, go-to-market, and negotiation strategy, assess supplier risk, and engage in leading procurement practices.
•Initiate sourcing work efforts against the pipeline, provide guidance and manage escalations on those efforts.
•Maintain productive relationships with Category Management teammates, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement BPO partners.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain

•Ability to influence stakeholders and manage supplier relationships
