Key Responsibilities

•Master Project Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Project Plan using automated project management tools, defining the project charter, scope, and integrated change control processes.
•Scheduling: Initiate, generate, and maintain detailed project schedules (WBS); lead regular scheduling status reviews.
•Accountability: Own the successful implementation, cutover, and hand-off to the Support team for all emergency call handling projects.
•Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams; organize and lead project kick-offs and steering committee reviews.
•Financial & Risk Management: Maintain project budgets; monitor revenue recognition, margin, and cash flow; perform cost analyses and manage risk registers.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•PMP or CAPM certification is required; strong grasp of PMBOK methodologies.
•5+ years of experience managing external customers-facing complex deployment programs and/or software deployments.
•High school diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree required; college degree preferred.
•Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; GC/Citizen only; employer sponsorship not provided.
•Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.
