Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an SME for project control, including Costpoint setup/reporting, revenue recognition, month-end close, and customer invoicing/cash flow (unbilled and DSO).
  • •Develop and review budget/forecasting; perform cost and schedule variance analysis; and manage EAC development and EAC reviews.
  • •Conduct high-risk/high-visibility program reviews and provide direct project control support where gaps exist.
  • •Work with Shared Services and Operations for new project transitions/phase-ins as needed.
  • •Interface with and mentor operating company project management and project controls POCs.

Salary: USD 106,213 - 180,300

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a business-related field.
  • •Minimum 8+ years’ experience working for a Federal Government Contractor.
  • •Solid understanding of contract types, FAR regulations, and government compliance.
  • •Strong personnel management experience and communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Deltek CostPoint, Cognos, and Time and Expense; intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint.
