Accounts Executive

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accurate maintenance of AP, AR, and general ledger entries. Process and validate invoices, reimbursements, and receipts; prepare customer invoices and documentation for domestic and export shipments. Support bank reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance with GST/TDS and statutory requirements. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and finance projects.
