Universal Banker (Great Bridge Branch)

Serve as an all-in-one branch teammate delivering best-in-class customer experience while driving sales and referrals. Handle teller transactions and cash, balance cash daily, and support complex branch operational duties. Use digital channel tools to educate customers, proactively conduct sales conversations (including outbound calling and appointment setting), prospect for new customers, and refer lending and other financial needs such as mortgage, investments, and business banking.
