Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and scale the organization’s TPM/Delivery strategy, including operating mechanisms, maturity models, and tooling across portfolios.
  • •Drive alignment on program roadmaps anchored in business objectives, definition of done, technical solutions, and sequencing of dependencies.
  • •Lead cross-platform technical investment planning and ensure architectural alignment toward long-term platform convergence and reuse.
  • •Act as an executive escalation point for program risks and influence technology leaders on speed, cost, and resiliency tradeoffs.
  • •Define measurable outcomes of platform success and ensure delivery accountability across multiple engineering teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,400 - 263,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
  • •At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
  • •Experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or service-oriented architecture (SOA).
  • •Experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture, preferably AWS.
  • •Experience delivering large, complex programs with Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration to secure commitments and unblock teams.
