Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an operational risk subject-matter expert to interpret and apply ORMF and Enterprise expectations for the Italian legal entity.
  • •Oversee and articulate the operational risk profile of risk-generating activities and provide risk-informed challenge on material matters.
  • •Support operational risk reporting and governance materials, including remediation oversight for issues and findings impacting ILE.
  • •Lead ILE operational risk governance documents and act as 2nd line oversight lead for ILE regulatory change management related to ops risk.
  • •Serve as main point of contact for Operational Risk for regulators, Audit, local leadership, and represent Operational Risk on LE committees/board meetings as required.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of leadership experience in risk management or a similar role.
  • •Strong business acumen with a risk-reward/control perspective.
  • •Experience interacting with regulators and familiarity with the Italian regulatory landscape and requirements.
  • •Fluency in English and Italian (verbal and written).
  • •Degree in business, economics, engineering, law, risk management, or related field is preferred.
