Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop standards for controls programming.
  • •Lead equipment controls scopes from concept/model validation through procurement, engineering, fabrication, installation, commissioning, ramp, and handover.
  • •Manage external equipment providers, technology licensors, and engineering companies to deliver integrated mineral refining control scopes.
  • •Drive cross-functional technical execution for pilot plant scale-up, de-risking, and commercialization readiness of novel refining processes.
  • •Support hiring, mentorship, and day-to-day management of junior process engineers, while also informing project opportunities with technoeconomic models and bankable engineering deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years experience in the Siemens PLC environment.
  • •Experience supporting EI&C scopes for pilot plant design and construction, including control hardware specification and cabinet design.
  • •Experience programming HMI (Ignition preferred) and training operations personnel.
  • •Experience selecting, sizing, and configuring VFDs.
  • •Experience in low-voltage (480V and below) power distribution and supporting installation/troubleshooting of electrical, instrumentation, and controls equipment.
