Job Summary

Design and develop service design across the product portfolio, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing operations for complex technical solutions. Lead service architecture activities in collaboration with Product, Supply Chain, IT, Offer Management, and third-party suppliers. Own service design packages, govern compliance to standards and SLA reporting, evaluate customer requirements and contracts, and support complex pre-sales activities related to service levels and contract terms.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and development of service design across the product portfolio, enabling effective implementation and ongoing operations.
•Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to provide expertise across service architecture for optimal service delivery.
•Drive service design governance across complex solutions and maintain design specifications and process/architectural diagrams.
•Own engagement with Managed Services OSS functions, ensuring adherence to standardized configurations and frameworks.
•Evaluate customer requirements and contracts, including risks and mitigation strategies through service design augmentation or contract amendments.

Key Requirements

•Own end-to-end service design authority, including third-party operational engagement models and SLA reporting.
•Advise teams and third parties on service standards, methodologies, and processes.
•Develop and maintain end-to-end process and policies, including operational interfaces and workflow models.
•Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams.
•Assess customer requirements for service design compliance and evaluate customer contracts to identify risks and financial exposure.
