Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for Stibo STEP implementations across product, customer, and supplier domains.
  • •Lead data model design including entities, hierarchies, classifications, attributes, and relationships.
  • •Architect and govern integration patterns between STEP and enterprise systems (MDG, S4/Hana, etc.).
  • •Design data governance frameworks, including stewardship models, workflows, and data quality rules.
  • •Mentor developers, analysts, and QA team members on STEP capabilities and MDM best practices, and support end-to-end validation.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12+ years of experience in data management, MDM, or enterprise application architecture.
  • •5+ years hands-on experience with MDM platforms, with strong preference for Stibo STEP.
  • •3–5+ years in an architecture or technical lead role driving end-to-end solution design.
  • •Knowledge of MuleSoft integration platforms.
  • •Deep expertise in MDM concepts including data modeling, governance, hierarchies, and data quality frameworks.
