Serve as the dedicated technical owner for Mintlify’s largest enterprise customers after contract signature, shipping production-grade backend systems and debugging issues end-to-end. Scope ambiguous asks into shippable plans, productize what you learn (packages, runbooks, templates), and feed field knowledge back into the core platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the dedicated technical owner for one or more of Mintlify’s largest enterprise customers after the contract is signed.
•Ship reliable software and systems that carry production traffic from day one.
•Design self-hosted and VPC deployments, including SSO (SAML/OIDC) and least-privilege access architectures.
•Build enterprise-specific integrations with customer systems with minimal disruption.
•Debug production issues across the full stack and drive them to resolution, while productizing deployment patterns and feeding learnings back to the core product.
