Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake end-to-end negotiation and execution of traded market documents such as Custody Agreements, ISDA Master Agreement, CSA, AFMA, GMRA, GMSLA, CDEA, and related documentation.
  • •Perform legal and analytical research and review constitutional documents based on counterparty jurisdiction and applicable laws across geographies.
  • •Manage each case from receipt through completion with ownership and frequent follow-ups to meet turnaround needs.
  • •Coordinate and interact effectively with various departments within Corporate and Investment Banking, including key stakeholders.
  • •Update internal databases and ensure compliance with Group standards, policies, manuals, desk instructions, and mandatory training requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree from a recognized Law College/University in India or Overseas.
  • •2 years’ experience working in a legal process involving drafting/vetting agreements/contracts.
  • •Proven skills in drafting agreements/contracts.
  • •Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • •Ability to develop rapport across functions and collaborate effectively with the Legal team and third-party relationship managers.
