Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate residential design activities from concept through detailed design and construction.
  • •Manage external architects, engineers, and specialist design consultants.
  • •Partner with Development teams on product definition, feasibility, design strategy, and development objectives.
  • •Review design proposals for alignment with residential product requirements, budgets, program, and commercial objectives.
  • •Manage design development through stage gates, approvals, technical reviews, and coordinate interfaces across disciplines; support design-to-budget/value engineering and monitor implementation during construction.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong portfolio delivering multi-residential projects across mid-market to luxury segments.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in architecture, design management, or real estate development, including full project lifecycle design management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • •Demonstrable understanding of the real estate development lifecycle (not just architectural design).
  • •Experience managing multidisciplinary design consultants and complex stakeholder environments; GCC experience is a must.
