Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate workplace operations across multiple office locations, including seating strategies, utilization reviews, onboarding readiness, office transitions, and workspace improvements.
  • •Plan, coordinate, implement, and close out operational initiatives; track operational risks, issues, actions, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain workplace operating procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance processes.
  • •Maintain operational trackers, reporting tools, dashboards, and leadership updates; support procurement coordination and business cases.
  • •Coordinate with IT, facilities partners, and vendors to ensure workplace technology readiness and enablement (collaboration tools, meeting room systems, and digital workplace solutions).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus 6 years of experience in workplace operations, project management, business operations, facilities coordination, or PMO environments; or a relevant diploma plus 8 years of relevant experience.
  • •PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
  • •Experience supporting major rail and transit programs, workplace transformations, or large integrated teams.
  • •Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups and vendors.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Excel, and Power BI.
