Job Summary

Join the Public Sector ECS Solution Engineering team to drive technical wins for Salesforce’s PaaS and SaaS solutions across US State & Local and Canadian customers. You’ll partner with Sales to understand customer business and value drivers, design, build, and demonstrate solutions, and address technical objections throughout the sales cycle. Deliver compelling customer presentations using your CRM expertise, while meeting quarterly and annual objectives and responding to RFIs/RFPs.

•Understand customer goals and challenges, and map them to the Salesforce product portfolio.
•Design, build, and demonstrate solutions that address customer challenges.
•Present Salesforce technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and security stack.
•Secure technical and functional win by addressing customer requirements and removing technical objections throughout the sales cycle.
•Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs and participate in product and sales technical training and certifications.

Salary: USD 113,330 - 151,550 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology.

•Ability to work cross-functionally to solve technical problems in varied political environments.
•B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS, and US Citizenship.
