Job Summary

Drive B2B revenue growth for a premium lifestyle brand across corporate gifting, hospitality supply, and wholesale channels throughout the UAE and GCC. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build accounts with enterprises and hospitality partners, secure supply agreements, and develop retail stockist relationships. Maintain CRM and forecasting, coordinate with operations and product teams for delivery, and represent the brand at exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows while protecting profitability through pricing and terms.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and grow corporate gifting accounts across banks, airlines, developers, government entities, family businesses, and large enterprises.
•Secure supply agreements with hotels, restaurants, hospitality groups, and luxury venues, and expand into regional multi-property partnerships.
•Identify and onboard new retail stockists across the UAE, GCC, and international markets while building wholesale partnerships and repeat business.
•Own the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting through closing, including client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and commercial agreements.
•Maintain an accurate CRM and sales forecast, coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure project delivery, and represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows.
•Protect profitability through commercial pricing and payment terms.

Key Requirements

•Proven B2B sales experience in corporate gifting, luxury products, premium homeware, tableware, hospitality supply, or premium FMCG.
•Existing network of procurement, marketing, retail buying, or hospitality decision makers.
•Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
•Experience managing complete sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
•Fluent in English; Arabic is highly advantageous; UAE/GCC market experience is preferred.
