Job Summary

Senior-level climate consulting role leading GHG accounting and decarbonisation projects for public and private sector clients. You will manage complex mandates, mentor junior staff, develop innovative service offerings, and drive delivery of high-impact sustainability strategies across North America with a focus on GHG Protocol, PCAF, ISO 14064 and SBTi.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage complex GHG and decarbonation mandates for diverse clients, ensuring high-quality strategic outcomes
•Mentor and develop consultants and analysts, building team capabilities and ensuring excellence across projects
•Develop and advance business offerings and client relationships to support growth of the practice
•Coordinate with internal climate experts and clients to ensure successful project execution across regions
•Provide internal expertise on GHG accounting and decarbonation, and contribute to evolving methodologies, tools and market offerings

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in GHG accounting, decarbonisation strategies for corporate and supply chains, and climate advisory
•Demonstrated experience as a project director or senior project manager on complex mandates
•Strong technical expertise in GHG data management, decarbonisation strategies for operations and supply chains, and relevant frameworks (GHG Protocol, PCAF, ISO 14064, SBTi)
•Proven ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business development
•Commitment to team development, mentorship and coaching of analysts and consultants
