Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical Product Owner between business users, defense domain experts, and AI development teams.
  • •Analyze operational needs, use cases, and business objectives to identify value-creation opportunities using GenAI, Agentic AI, and ML.
  • •Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities; manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • •Translate business, technical, and contractual requirements into epics and user stories; collaborate to ensure feasibility and shared understanding.
  • •Define acceptance criteria, supervise deliverable quality, validate solutions functionally, and track delivery, risks, and product performance while communicating updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, technical Scrum Master, Team Lead, senior Business Analyst, or equivalent in complex tech environments.
  • •Experience in defense (land, air, naval; intelligence, logistics) and familiarity with mission-critical environments.
  • •Proven ability to collect, analyze, and translate business needs and user requirements into technology solutions.
  • •Experience defining and managing digital products (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization) and working with multidisciplinary teams.
