IT Ops Engineer

Own day-to-day IT operations that keep Fresha’s international teams productive and compliant. Support an ISO27001-certified environment, manage onboarding/offboarding, and run global laptop deployment and hardware provisioning at scale. Maintain network connectivity and infrastructure across multiple sites, assist with security investigations and incident response, and resolve office-based IT issues. Partner with Security/Compliance and technical teams, coordinate vendor procurement, and optimize system performance while maintaining documentation.
