Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage high-end models and simulations, including Lattice Mission Simulation (MissionSim), to conduct simulation, experimentation, and training.
  • •Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
  • •Evaluate how platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, effector, communications, navigation, or C2 choices affect mission outcomes and system-of-systems interactions.
  • •Design, execute, and analyze tactical analysis and wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities and refine tactics.
  • •Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios emphasizing red and blue force systems; collaborate with engineering and business development teams using rigorous, data-driven analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently possess and be able to maintain an active country specific Secret security clearance.
  • •3+ years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), systems engineering, mission engineering, test and evaluation, or a related technical-operational discipline.
  • •Experience designing tactical experiments and wargames, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis.
  • •Demonstrated modeling and simulation experience for military missions, preferably with friendly and adversary tactics background.
  • •Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting.
