Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate excellence in creation and execution of innovative designs aligned to brand, category, and product strategies.
  • •Own the whole design process from ideation through final production approval.
  • •Contribute to seasonal creative direction and support the Director/Teamhead in guiding and supervising team implementation.
  • •Elaborate and present concepts, sketches, and final designs to the design team, product counterparts, and external stakeholders.
  • •Collect and use market intelligence on design trends and developments, and keep track of project delivery within the development calendar.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master degree in Design, Fashion Design or a similar field.
  • •3+ years of experience designing apparel products for footwear/lifestyle/sports brands.
  • •Good knowledge of sports performance, fabrics, and new industry technology.
  • •Excellent CAD skills using Adobe, plus knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint); 3D software knowledge is helpful.
  • •Very good written and spoken English skills, with excellent presentation skills and a team-player mindset.
