Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of Small Enterprise (SE) customer relationships while originating new SE business in local communities. Drive financial and non-financial targets by meeting borrowing and non-borrowing needs, actively sourcing new-to-bank customers, and cross-selling banking products. Own customer relationship management, provide superior service, perform credit facility reviews, monitor account conduct, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML and related policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Improve share of wallet and aim to make the bank the primary provider for each assigned relationship.
•Enhance relationship revenue by cross-selling a full range of banking products across borrowing and non-borrowing accounts.
•Assume ownership of customer relationship management for the assigned portfolio and provide superior customer service.
•Conduct annual/periodic credit facility reviews and recommend credit facilities in line with the bank’s policy to maximize earnings while containing risk.
•Ensure compliance and portfolio quality by following KYC/AML procedures and maintaining documentation, visits/call reports, and credit checks.

Key Requirements

•Banking sales and service experience with proven relationship management skills.
•At least 3 years of relevant banking experience in a local or international market.
•Advanced vocational knowledge of the subject matter (e.g., credit, trade, operating system).
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•MBA/CA (or a regular graduate with adequate relevant experience).
