Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, configure, and continuously improve Workday Adaptive Planning, including integrations with Workday Financials.
  • •Partner with Finance decision makers to gather requirements and deliver configuration solutions.
  • •Maintain system documentation including configuration guides, business process flows, and training materials.
  • •Manage support tickets and project work using intake and prioritization, with proactive status communication.
  • •Solve data-flow issues with Finance partners and help keep reporting reliable through month-end close.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical foundation in relational database modeling and how data moves between systems.
  • •Maintain, configure, and continuously improve Workday Adaptive Planning, including integrations with Workday Financials.
  • •Working familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini and ideas for applying them to financial analysis and data preparation.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, including explaining technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
