Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop engaging eLearning and web-based training solutions aligned to organizational learning objectives.
  • •Convert classroom-based learning content into concise, learner-focused digital experiences to support knowledge retention and application.
  • •Create performance support materials, job aids, and learning resources that improve on-the-job performance.
  • •Develop learning content for global audiences, optimizing for ESL learners and localization requirements.
  • •Coordinate translation and localization activities, manage content reviews/updates, and support multimedia development through video editing.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong instructional design expertise, including adult learning principles and the ADDIE methodology.
  • •Experience designing and developing eLearning and web-based training solutions from existing learning materials.
  • •Exceptional writing and editing skills to simplify complex information into clear, learner-focused content.
  • •Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital learning design.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and experience developing multimedia learning assets (including video editing).
